Connecting to QuickBooks®

 

The first time you run Qvinci® it will attempt to connect to QuickBooks® to setup your files. Follow the procedure below in the steps defined.

 

Start QuickBooks before launching Qvinci

Double click the Qvinci desktop icon to launch Qvinci

The following QuickBooks form will be displayed

Click Yes, always; allow access even if QuickBooks is not running

Click Continue

 

You will not see this form again. Each time Qvinci is launched it will connect to QuickBooks if it is running automatically.

 

*If you plan on using the Payroll Summary Charts you must allow Qvinci® access to personal data.

 

NOTE: To bring the application certificate up again hold down "alt" on your keyboard and click on the "QuickBooks® " button under options.
