Upgrading from a Trial Version To a Full Version
For a user who has purchased a copy of the software after they have begun using a Trial version of Qvinci®:
1. In Windows® click Start > Qvinci > Qvinci License Manager
2. Select Registered Customer
3. Enter in the Email and Password for the user’s Qvinci Account
4. Enter the license number you purchased
5. Click Activate
6. If the activation is successful a popup will let you know. Click OK to launch Qvinci®
If the activation did not go through successfully the popup will tell you so. You will receive further instructions.
In case of unsuccessful activation try to activate again. Make sure that your internet is active and that a firewall or wireless router is not blocking the License Manager.
Re-enter your license key as before. If you still can't activate then contact Customer Support.
Note: This is the process for any user who has used the Trial and purchased any SKU.
