Brad handles all of Qvinci’s legal matters in addition to working with the other members of the leadership team to implement the strategic and tactical plans; he also manages the leadership team on behalf of the Board of Directors. Brad has over 25 years’ experience of successfully leading legal, management and board teams from inception to liquidity. His specialties include legal, corporate governance and management oversight. He has served in legal, management and board positions in more than 15 trusts and nine corporate entities including oilfield services, manufacturing, investment entities and software development.
Charles Nagel
Charles NagelFounder | Chief Innovation Officer | Strategic Accounts
Charles is responsible for the implementation of Qvinci’s strategic and tactical plans. He has a broad experience in building and turning around companies in a variety of industries including software, medical, manufacturing, agriculture and consulting. He has created and filed three patents for Qvinci; one has been awarded while the other two are in process. In addition to Qvinci, Charles has successfully brought a number of other inventions to market during his career. In his role at Qvinci, Charles focuses on driving innovation leadership and teambuilding at the executive level while implementing the overall strategic and tactical plans.
Patrick Staves
Patrick Staves Chief Operations Officer | Chief Financial Officer
Patrick is a results-driven management professional with more than 15 years’ experience of collaboratively leading regional, national and international teams to successfully execute operating plans. His uniquely varied skill set plays a key role in implementing Qvinci’s ever-improving operational and financial strategy. Patrick’s specialties include: operational strategy development, strategic feasibility/consolidation analysis, operations management, budget analysis, team and organizational leadership change, performance-based accountability and systems and process implementation. He also has extensive experience in restructurings and systems implementations in both public and private environments.
John Logan
John LoganChief Sales Officer
John is charged with formulating and executing the revenue growth and branding strategies for Qvinci. He possesses more than 20 years of successful sales and marketing leadership experience, mostly concentrated in the areas of SaaS technology and business process outsourcing.

Prior to joining Qvinci, John held similar roles with TEGA Technologies, Wealth Counsel, and Automatic Data Processing. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from California State University, Chico.

He and his wife are actively involved in their daughter’s competitive dance career and volunteer in various community charities.

Wes Byrne
Wes ByrneChief Technology Officer
With almost 40 years of engineering and software development experience, Wes is responsible for overseeing Qvinci’s award-winning technology department. His ability to lead the development and growth of new technology products fits perfectly with Qvinci’s commitment to hi tech innovation. Prior to joining Qvinci, Wes worked for an impressive list of startup and Fortune 50 companies including CLEAresult, 3M Health Information Systems, Expresiv Technologies, IBM, Tivoli, Schlumberger and Texas Instruments. Wes holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics summa cum laude from Vanderbilt and a M.S. in Computer Science from SMU.
Tony Laurel
Tony LaurelVice President of Customer Success
Tony leads a dedicated team focused on ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction. With over two decades of experience in client services and strategic consulting, he brings a unique ability to drive success for customers. Working across both enterprise and SMB channels, he has developed a process to understand the customer’s business and provide value from software. Prior to joining Qvinci, Tony led large industry leading customer organizations which serviced brands such as Apple, AT&T, Home Depot, West Elm, Williams-Sonoma among others. At Qvinci, he leads a team which will bring industry leading solutions to our customers.

Tony earned his BBA from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the University of Texas. Tony lives in Austin with his wife Stacy and their dog Henry and he loves to tell a story about the latest culinary recipe they made together.

Justin M. Clark
Justin M. ClarkSenior Director of Operations & Performance Metrics
Justin joined Qvinci in early 2019 and is the Senior Director of Operations and Performance Metrics for Qvinci, reports directly to the CEO and works collaboratively with all departments. In his role, he is responsible for the coordination and execution of all aspects of the Qvinci marketing plan. In Justin’s role he is the “go-to” person relating to marketing and automation. Justin owns multiple channels that are responsible for driving and expanding the inbound side of our business including, but not limited to: email campaigns, Acuity scheduling, landing pages, press releases, success stories, weekly webinar series, etc.. He is responsible for all marketing technologies and all metrics associated with Qvinci’s marketing efforts. Justin has a successful background in startup-ups, growing companies, and acquisitions.

Justin co-founded Pathology Webinars, Inc. an online educational platform for Pathologists and Hospital Administrators which was acquired by The Dark Intelligence Group, Inc. Justin was also the first employee at a Silicon Valley startup, Viewics, Inc., where he helped the company grow and ultimately aided in the company being acquired by Roche Diagnostics. His entrepreneurial experience and startup mentality play a key role in his successes at Qvinci.

Rob Dean
Rob DeanSenior Director of Customer Success
Rob joined Qvinci in 2019 and has had an immediate effect on the Customer Success team. Customer Success is vital to our long-term profitability. As the Senior Director of Customer Success, he plays a key role in driving customer goals and product utilization by ensuring the engagement, success, retention, and growth of Qvinci’s customers. He is a firm believer in strong Policy and Procedures and creating Standards to ensure smooth business practice. He is a firm believer in training and education and has multiple degrees with over 30 years’ experience in education and in the business world. He has created an award-winning training program which is being used in other SAAS companies today. He understands that the client needs to have someone that will listen and resolve any issues at any time.
