Rob joined Qvinci in 2019 and has had an immediate effect on the Customer Success team. Customer Success is vital to our long-term profitability. As the Senior Director of Customer Success, he plays a key role in driving customer goals and product utilization by ensuring the engagement, success, retention, and growth of Qvinci’s customers. He is a firm believer in strong policy and procedures and creating atandards to ensure smooth business practice. He is a firm believer in training and education and has multiple degrees with over 30 years’ experience in education and in the business world. He has created an award-winning training program which is being used in other SaaS companies today. He understands that the client needs to have someone that will listen and resolve any issues at any time.
