The Challenge

AYSO faced several challenges in providing financial oversight to its regional programs. Volunteers running the regions have varied backgrounds, skills, etc., impacting consistency and quality in financial reporting and compliance. Also, manual processes dominated at the regional and organizational levels. AYSO staff received financial reports from regions via mail and email and collated and entered these reports manually.
