“RestoPros’ Corporate Controller, Shurn Chapman, who started at the franchise in October 2023, realized soon after arriving that scaling financial operations would be increasingly difficult as the franchise continued to expand.

An excess of manual processes and the overuse of Excel dominated data and reporting at the franchise location level, significantly impacting Shurn’s ability to collect and consolidate franchise location data. Prior to Qvinci, Chapman collected royalties based on financial statements sent to a reports email address. He would then pull each report from each email and manually enter the data into a spreadsheet. When RestoPros had 20 locations, consolidating financial data this way took a full day of work. With plans in place for RestoPros to scale to 100 locations, consolidating and mapping disparate location data this way would take an unmanageable number of work hours or days for Chapman and his team.”
