Qvinci’s Summer 2026 Product Release is here, with new platform and service enhancements that deliver connected intelligence for every decision-maker across the organization.
This release introduces more API capabilities to connect to an expanded data set, new role-based and vertical-specific dashboards, expanded services including Qvinci Bookkeeping, new scheduled delivery of reports, and enhancements to reporting for budgets and non-financial data.
Together, these capabilities both expand and tailor insights for leaders, creating a stronger foundation for better informed decision-making.
Here’s an overview of the new Qvinci products and services now available.
New Qvinci API: Connect More Data to Qvinci® Intelligence
Qvinci APIs make it easier than ever to connect all of the systems organizations use to manage performance, allowing leaders and decision-makers to access the metrics they need, wherever they need to see them.
The new Qvinci API allows organizations to bring financial and operational data into Qvinci, complementing the existing Qvinci Reporting API that pulls standardized data out of Qvinci into external applications, extending financial reporting into the locations where your team works.
This two-way flow now gives you the freedom to use your data and accounting provider of choice, allowing your team to use standardized Qvinci® Data across your entire technology ecosystem.
CFO Dashboard: Insights Tailored for Financial Decision-Makers
The new CFO Dashboard, the first in a series of new role-based dashboards, provides finance leaders with an executive-level view of performance, consolidating the metrics they monitor the most into a single location.
Designed specifically for CFOs and senior finance executives, the four components of this dashboard help leaders quickly evaluate metrics across the entire ecosystem.
- Profit and Cash: Highlights the profitability of a business with a high level-overview of the P&L accounts that impact profits, such as income, COGS, expenses, and net income, with current fiscal year compared to same period of the prior year.
_ - Spending: Includes cost of goods sold and expense trends year over year, spending trends per month, and the top-spending entities across the ecosystem.
_ - At-Risk Locations: Compares entities against the ecosystem and determines the locations with the largest year-over-year income declines or biggest spend variance.
_ - Budget vs. Actuals: Breaks down spending and income trends on a monthly basis and across budget categories, highlighting the top 10 financial accounts with the biggest impact.
_
Like all Qvinci dashboards and reports, the CFO Dashboard is also fully customizable.
Parish and School Dashboards for Dioceses: Combining Financial and Operational Insights into One Source of Truth
The new Parish and School Dashboards for Dioceses are new vertical-specific dashboards that provide insights on both the financial and operational metrics most important to Catholic dioceses, all in one centralized view.
Financial data is automatically collected, consolidated, and mapped to a Standard Chart of Accounts, while operational metrics—such as Mass attendance, registered parishioners, sacraments, school enrollment trends, and attrition by school—are presented alongside financial metrics to provide a complete picture of organizational performance.
With a holistic view across the entire diocese, decision-makers and leaders gain greater visibility into trends and performance, empowering them to make more informed decisions without relying on manual spreadsheets.
